Submission of a Graphical Abstract is optional. Authors who wish to have a Graphical Abstract published must upload it at the time of submission.
The Graphical Abstract should consist of a single image that visually represents the primary findings of an article, or alternatively, one of the figures or tables included in the manuscript may be used.
The file must be in .jpg format. When uploading, select the file designation "Graphical Abstract" in the submission system.
Note: Even if you use a figure or table from the manuscript, it must be uploaded separately from the manuscript's figures/tables with the file designation "Graphical Abstract."
